A place where everyone is welcome inside what the owner calls “home.” Ettore’s European Bakery and Restaurant on Fair Oaks Blvd is for European treats, pastries and especially cake lovers. What started out as just four cafe tables, ten chairs and two employees have blown up into the restaurant adventurers walk into today. Of course (following its name) the ambience is a cut of the European cake. It’s inside vintage red tiles with wooden chairs and booths, high top chairs flushing a marble counter and the decor being very minimalistic in some paintings and flowers. For adventurers on a diet, it’s going to be hard to say so to some dessert as it’s right there at the order counter. No matter if the choice is a breakfast pastry, cake, cookie(s), specialty dessert or some simple breakfast menu items (including an awesome coffee bar), Ettore’s is a great Citywide Spotlight destination to try out!  - Jordan Dietterich of Surfside, Florida
