Upscale breakfast lovers, Mazarine coffee is a great destination for a morning joe and a good meal. In Union Square on Market St., this modern spot is more than just an excellent espresso. There are plenty of choices of toast to choose from to pair with your coffee. After ordering, there are some outside chairs and a few small European tables to enjoy your breakfast. It may resemble a place in Paris because it’s supposed too. The owners wanted their customers to have a taste of France in San Francisco, and thus, Mazarine Coffee was born. When you walk inside, the place looks like it’s made to be connected to a library, and again it’s supposed too. Still a bit mesmerized by the back wall behind the brew masters and cooks.
