Hidden near the corner of Bush St and Franklin St is a nine table, two seats restaurant serving some out of this world breakfast that includes purple pancakes. Yes, ube Pancakes from authentic Filipino’s, done right. It’s more of a sweet and earthy tasting meal, with an almost neutral flavor. The ube doesn’t stop there, there’s the French toast with a side of perfectly cooked bacon. Not overly sweet, but just right! Inside the bistro are black tables with pink and decorative painted flowers on the walls. It is nice, with some local flowers picked near the front register.
