Talk about gorgeous and luxurious inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Dawson’s Steakhouse — right in Downtown on L St — is skewing up steaks, classic dishes, and crafty cocktails. It’s a farm-to-fork restaurant, so know everything an adventurer is eating is sourced right from the richness of the Sacramento Valley. Now the inside is just rich and marvelous. The dark brown wood is the main captivator, along with the white tablecloth, glass already at the dinner table and decor to wow an adventurer’s night. Maybe sitting down at a table isn’t an adventurer's style… no worries! Dawson’s bar is something straight out of a luxurious casino: marble white and black floors with comfortable highchairs and service that will have adventurers ordering more than just a drink.
