It did not take long for Upper West to become a well-known destination on Pico Blvd. Opening their doors a decade ago, their ever-changing menu from around the world electrifies taste buds. Also, happy hour is two hours long. A nice perk.  Just like their seasonal food, Upper West’s decor changes regularly, a very nice touch that keeps the recurring guests eager to see what changes await on their next visit. The chef describes his restaurant like a “mad scientist” with the decor and food. The lighting inside is provided by little floating orbs that set the setting. A very family friendly destination. There’s even a projector for movies. Spectacular.
