Art Deco glamour dazzles at The Fountain Room with velvet booths, gleaming chandeliers, moody lighting, and polished details in a historic Bottleworks District supper-club reinvention that delivers pure visual awe and timeless sophistication for refined dinners. Created by the team at Clancy’s Hospitality along with Executive Chef Ricky Martinez and designers Phanomen/Design, the space evolves the classic American supper club for modern diners while honoring its roots on the site of the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottling plant a century ago. The result is an elevated yet approachable atmosphere where every element feels curated for memorable evenings.  


The menu revives and reimagines supper-club classics with contemporary technique and premium ingredients, offering a refined selection of steaks, seafood, and shareable plates presented with dramatic flair. Starters include the signature Fountain Room Shrimp Cocktail with housemade cocktail sauce, Escargot in garlic herb butter, or a luxurious Lobster Bisque. Classic Caesar Salad prepared tableside and a rotating selection of fresh oysters highlight the attention to detail and theatrical presentation.  


Entrees feature dry-aged steaks such as the 14-oz New York Strip or 16-oz Ribeye, grilled to precise temperature and served with classic sides like creamed spinach, loaded baked potato, or asparagus with hollandaise. Seafood standouts include the Pan-Seared Scallops with cauliflower purée and brown butter, or the Whole Roasted Branzino with lemon and capers. Signature dishes like the Chicken Vesuvio or a perfectly executed Veal Piccata nod to traditional supper-club roots while incorporating fresh, seasonal touches.  


Desserts round out the evening with indulgent classics such as the Flaming Bananas Foster prepared tableside, Chocolate Lava Cake, or New York Cheesecake with fresh berries. The extensive wine and cocktail program enhances the refined experience.
